About Me
I am a Senior Analyst with Ireland's leading web consultancy, iQ Content. I have over 10 years experience in website management and operations.
Before joining iQ Content, I was employed for 5 years as Corporate Webmaster with the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) - one of Ireland's largest companies. I have also worked in web-related positions with several other firms and as a consultant with KPMG.
I am the author of "The Website Manager's Handbook", which appears on the reading list of several universities. I have also been published by the respected online design journal, A List Apart.
Many case studies written by me on management and technology have been used by The Irish Times "Business2000" - a leading broadsheet newspaper. Additionally, I act as freelance designer for an independent public relations agency. Here is a list of some of the websites I have designed.
